ORDERING & PERSONALIZATION
What can I have engraved?
Names, initials, monograms, dates, short messages, and on most products, custom logos. If you're unsure whether your text or design will fit, send us a message before you order and we'll let you know.
How do I add my engraving text?
Every personalizable product has an engraving text field on the product page. Type in what you want engraved, double-check spelling, and add to cart. What you type is exactly what we engrave, so triple-check.
Can I upload a logo or custom design?
Yes, for most products. Best file formats: vector files like SVG, AI, or EPS. High-resolution PNG or JPG also works if vector isn't available. If you don't have a clean file, email us at info@ultraedgeindustries.com and we can usually clean it up for you.
Do you offer a preview before engraving?
For standard text engravings, no, we don't send a proof first because it slows down production. What you type at checkout is what we engrave. For custom logos or complex designs, we'll email a proof for your approval before we start.
Can I edit my engraving after I place the order?
If we haven't started production yet, yes. Reply to your order confirmation email or message us at info@ultraedgeindustries.com as fast as possible. Once we've started engraving, we can't change it.
SHIPPING & TURNAROUND
How long does it take to ship?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Rush options are available for some products. Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days. You're responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by your country.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our shop.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Email us at info@ultraedgeindustries.com with your order number and photos. We'll work with you to either reship the order or issue a refund.
CUSTOM & BULK ORDERS
Do you do custom orders that aren't in your catalog?
Yes. Book an engraving appointment at ultraedgeindustries.com/pages/engraving-appointments and we'll spec a one-off piece with you.
Do you offer bulk pricing for corporate or event orders?
Yes. Request a quote at ultraedgeindustries.com/pages/request-a-bulk-quote and we'll send pricing within 24 hours. Larger orders typically get better per-unit pricing.
What's the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
Generally 10 pieces, but it depends on the product. Reach out and we'll tell you what works.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & GUARANTEES
What's your return policy?
Because every order is personalized, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. But if there's an issue with the engraving or product quality, we'll make it right. Either reship a replacement or refund you. Reach out within 30 days of delivery.
What if the engraving is wrong because of a mistake on your end?
We reship at our cost, no questions asked.
What if I made a typo and the engraving is wrong because of me?
Email us. We'll do our best to help, often at a discounted rate to re-engrave or replace.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay Installments for orders that qualify.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
